I am a former gymnast, runner, and soccer player (not all at the same time). Trying to get back into shape after an injury can be tough. I am not trying to lose weight. In fact, I am not looking at a scale at all. I'm just trying to get toned and in shape and lose body fat. I'm using a measuring tape to record how much fat I lose instead of a scale. This is my journal so I can track my progress and keep motivated!
